    The GAUSB-CRNM-LED-PC-M Chemical Resistant LED Strobe Light from Larson Electronics is a waterproof LED equipped light that can be pendant, ceiling, or wall mounted, and is available in 120-277V AC or 12/24V DC voltage configurations. This LED light offers operators several configurations including the option to choose between a strobe light or a colored indicator light setup.

    The powerful and durable GAUSB-CRNM-LED-PC-M chemical resistant LED strobe light with tempered glass lens from Larson Electronics is ideal for industrial applications, industrial work spaces, and areas where gases and vapors may be present and a powerful and durable general purpose steady burn or strobe light solution is needed. The lamp housing is waterproof, constructed of corrosion and chemical resistant GE Lexan polycarbonate with Pyrex globe, USCG accepted, and NEMA 4X compliant and suitable for hose-down areas. This steady burning or strobing LED lamp has a 50,000 hour operational life and is available in 120-277V AC and 12/24V DC configurations for high or low voltage operation.

    This chemical resistant LED light beacon carries a T2D temperature rating and has a -29°C to 40°C (-29°F to 104°F) operating temp range. This LED light carries UL 1570/1571 and UL 595 compliance and is waterproof and suitable for spray down areas and marine locations. Wiring is via a 1′ 16/3 SOOW cable terminated in pigtail flying leads. This LED light carries UL and CSA certification, UACG acceptance, UL 1570/1571 approval for wet locations in any orientation, UL595 approval for marine environments, and NEMA 4X compliance for hose down areas.

    LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.

    LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.

    The LED lamp in this unit offers exceptional power, a 50,000+ hour life span, and is protected by a Pyrex globe, polycarboate globe guard, and tempered glass lens. The LED lamp in this area light offers either high strobing output or steady burning as a colored indicator light. The unit shown is offered with a magnet mount. The GAUSB-CRNM-LED-PC-M is designed for resistance to the damaging and corrosive effects of chemicals with polycarbonate construction instead of metal and is ideal for locations where these hazardous compounds are commonly encountered.
